We have 42 service vehicles generously stocked with parts & equipment that are radio dispatched to respond quickly & efficiently to your location. We also have a satellite office in Greeley, CO. Because Hawkins services most major brands & is the manufacturers rep for over 100 companies, we have built a large network of qualified sub-agents to better serve you. For customers that would like to drop off their equipment, we have in-shop technicians that are available for carry-in repairs & refurbishing.
Our technicians are factory-trained to provide knowledgeable & accurate repair service. For most manufacturers we represent the entire Rocky Mountain Region. We believe in employing CFESA Certified Technicians & take pride in participating in the Manitowoc STAR program (read more about this in our About Us section).

Our Service Area
Our full coverage area is Colorado; Montana, Wyoming, and New Mexico; with portions of Idaho, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, and Texas. (We do use sub-agents for service out of Colorado, and not all states are covered by every manufacturer we represent).

Training Facility
We have built a full-service training facility in our Denver Headquarters with access to everything you will need to run your equipment. We would be glad to host manufacturer training classes that your employees could attend. We also allow other companies to use this facility free of charge to host meetings.
Planned Maintenance

Planned Maintenance service is available & recommended for all your commercial refrigeration & HVAC equipment (also available with our cooking department). It is easier & cheaper to keep a good machine running smoothly than it is to fix a bad machine.
